What Can a Ninja Be?

Kiko the ninja wonders what other jobs he could do besides being a ninja, and his panda friend Bao encourages him to explore.

Kiko the ninja was super fast and super quiet. But one day he thought, "What else can I be?" His friend, Bao the panda, munched on bamboo. "Let's find out!" said Bao.

The Messy Baker

Kiko tries to be a baker and uses his ninja skills to chop fruit, but it makes a big, funny mess.

First, Kiko tried to be a baker. *Swish, swish!* He used his quick moves to slice strawberries for a cake. But the berries went flying! "Whoops!" Kiko giggled. Making cakes is messy!

The Hidden Painter

Next, Kiko tries being a painter and uses his ninja stealth to paint, but he accidentally camouflages himself into his painting.

Next, Kiko tried to be a painter. He moved silently, painting a big, beautiful picture on the wall. He blended in so well, Bao couldn't see him! "Kiko? Where are you?" Bao asked, looking at the painting.

Fun with Friends

Kiko decides being a ninja is best for him, but realizes it's fun to share all activities—baking, painting, and ninja moves—with his friends.

Kiko laughed and jumped out. He decided being a ninja was the best job. But trying new things was fun! Now, he teaches his friends ninja moves. And they all bake and paint together.

It's wonderful to be yourself, and it's always fun to try new things with your friends.
